Does anyone have a picture of how the brackets install for the front spoiler?

'67s are not susposed to have spoilers... :D

There is a mounting hole dead center in the spoiler and a bracket goes there and connects to the front crossmember of the subframe ('67 subframe won't be drilled for this). There are mounting holes on each end of the spoiler for the braces as well, they connect to the lower fender panel...

Some guys are leaving the braces off. With them on, you run the risk of crinkling the valence panel if the chin spoiler hits something. With it off, you only risk the spoiler. I have a GM one hanging up, and a repop on the car.

Unreal is right about some using the spoiler without the braces but I have personally damaged a couple spoilers with the braces in place and haven't damaged anything but the spoiler. I fear high speed driving (even freeway speeds) might cause the spoiler to break without the braces. The repo spoilers are thin rigid plastic and crack and break very easy as it is.
