Ok....got the lower rocker mouldings on..thanks to the help I got here..

Now then, I'm staring at the drip rail mouldings for my '67.

I assume (a dangerous practice) thatthey just sort of "snap" into place? Is it possible to do this without marring the paint?

Yes, they start at the top and just some what roll them on. You might garf the paint up underneith it but nothing should show.
