Does anyone know where I can buy replacement door panel watershields for my '69. I have some on my car but they are old and torn. Not sure what the originals looked like but mine is brown paper kinda like a grocery paper bag.
Thanks in advance.

I didn't see them anywhere in Classic's catalog or website good question? I have a question to go with yours, with the new PUI pre-assembled premium door panels do you even need watershields? The material on the backside looks like it's water resistant but a newb like me doesn't know.

Here's a question. What does it take to install a deluxe door panel into a car that has standard panels? Are the holes already in the door? Can you just remove the standard panels and install the deluxe panels?

Rick's catalog....Full set DW2 $13.99. Doors only Dw4 $9.99
Do a search for converting from standard to custom. The main differences are the window crank shafts are longer for custom, and the door opening mechanism is different.

Among other things, you'll need window regulators with the longer shafts to accommodate the thicker trim panel.
