Sorry I am sure this has been answered many times but I couldn't find the post.
I am building a 454 for my 67 camaro. I will have all the bb mounts & edelbrock 750. Which dual plane intake will fit under a SS hood with a drop base air cleaner?? I have checked edelbrock's sight looking for dimensions that are close to gm cast iron intakes for this year car. The only dimensions i found for oval ports is the performer 2-0. The 2-0 seems to be designed for the 454 small port heads and I am going to use 781 castings and am afraid to port the 2-0 to match.
Please help, need a good dp intake to clear SS hood that can be matched to 781 castings and stock appearing drop base cleaner. Need combos.
