I had the Camaro inspected and documented recently verifying all the numbers and codes.
I had assumed the car was grotto blue DD on the trim tag. The paint code is D1 what does that mean? The car has blue paint under the black that the pevious owner had done.
I am just curious if anyone has run across D1 for a paint code. The car was built in Octorber of 67'.
Thanks

D-1 is a convertible only code for Grotto Blue with white top
D-D is a coupe only code for Grotto Blue bottom and top
BTW, I have a D-6 coupe, which is the same colors as your D-1 convertible
