I just got a set of NOS wheel well openings for my 68 RS. My question is: Do the wheel well moldings go all the way down to the bottom of the body in the front of the rear tire or do they stop at the top of the rocker panel? Mine seem to stop at the top of the rocker panel where the RS side molding meets, but I have been duing alot of research before I put these on and I am seeing them both ways in the magazines. Some stop at the rocker molding and some go all the way down to the bottom of the rocker molding. Whats the correct way? I guess with mine being NOS parts they can only fit one way and that to the top of the rocker panel. Some pics would be nice, Thanks, Erik

If you have the 3 piece "Coke" bottle rocker/door trim you trim the wheel well moldings so they don't extend beyond your lower 3 piece rocker molding.

Eric, it sounds like you have the correct RS front wheelwell moldings. As you can see from your research they should stop at the trim on RS's and extend to the bottom on standard trim 68's. You have the right ones. graemlins/thumbsup.gif
