There is a plastic strip on the underside of my boot about 2 inches wide, the clips are attached thru it. mine has cracked in about six places. Is there any way to repair this?

Take it to a upholstery shop and have them sew in a new piece,I do when needed.

You should not have to pay more than $40.00(MAX.) to replace that plastic.I have been doing them around here(Springfield,Mo)for $30.00,and most of the other shop's around here are charging $30-$40.00 for that.
