Does anybody happen to have any pics of a Silverado with smoke stacks coming out of the bed? Im looking for some pics to persuade my neighbor to do this to his 06 duramax 3500.

JMHO, but why would you want to do that????

There are a couple running around my area but, I haven't seen them in a while. I think one of them ran gigh 11's or low 12's. It will light up all four tires. Not bad for a motor with a rod knock, ooops it's a diesel

He is doing it and im just helping so i wanted any info on it. Personally i wouldnt do it.. nothing like good old duals running out the back for me :-)

I'm pleasantly surprised. I figured I'd get flamed for being the only one that thinks they look silly. Around here we call it "big truck, little man syndrome". I know where theres a stock Cummins Dodge that has a big chrome stack sticking up through the middle of the hood. It's probably 5" in diameter. You could get the whole motor through that thing. Do they really think they are improving exhaust flow??? If you want to drive a semi, go buy one!

X8 Neighborhood has a Ford F250 4X4 with a pair of stacks - tacky.

Exhaust through the hood simulates truck puller.

I think they look cool going down the drag strip with all that black smoke blowing out, and when they run 10's!! But kinda looks funny on the street.

If he's gonna do the stacks, he needs the dual air cleaners and lights too..........
