Kinda boring this year.

Happy for Kasey and all but what a boring race.

I think they need to move the race to Bristol so we see some bangin

Wonder how the race would turn out if they were to race showroom stock cars as in the 50' & 60's?

The showdown race was pretty good but I agree the All Star didn't meet all the pre race hipe, a snoozer for sure.

I've had it with Nascar. The cars are all alike, the rules don't allow for individual thinking anymore, the tracks are mostly cookie cutter models, the Toyotas seem to just walk away from the American stuff, the crew chiefs are all upset with the shock and spring deal they have to abide by, man, I could go on and on. The sport has been ruined. My opinion only. Yours may differ, and that is fine with me.

I'm with you. NASCAR has done it to themselves. I used to be a huge fan, but now I'm finding other things to do on Sunday afternoons. This from a guy who watched, taped or listened on the radio to every race for years.

They need smaller tracks like Bristol and Richmond. The mile and a half tracks have ruined it. These tracks have zero character and the finishes are mostly just what you saw last night. One guy is out front in clean air, and the rest are fighting it out behind him.

They need to "dirty up" the cars again, and stop using all those dang templates. Why do they think we want to see the same body on every car? Who can tell them apart--really?

I have been to numerous races in person, and I can say without reservation that I will not be back. They have lost me as a spectator. Unless something changes drastically--and very soon--they will lose a lot more.

Whew, I feel better. Someone send this to the France family...

Wow are we watching the same races cuz I just love them.
If they are this good to watch on TV they must be a blast to watch in person.
Granted I havent been to a race since I saw Dale sr. in Michigan but am going Sunday to Charlotte and if its as bad as you guys are saying then it will likely kill me , so this is probably my last post . . . see you in Heaven. :boring:

I'll always be watching, sometimes I just nod off. LOL.

Have fun at Charlotte, it's a nice track for Fans and Racers.

Be sure to have a headset to listen to MRN or the TV feed to keep up with the action.
