I have installed a power booster on my '67 (SSBC 9") . Orginally it did not have power brakes. The booster has a vacuume fitting that will either be in the 10 o'clock position or if I rotate the booster 180 degrees I can place the fitting at the 4 o'clock position. My question is: Does the position of the vaccume fitting matter at all(10 o'clock or 4 o'clock) to work properly?

Thanks for your help.

I believe it should be in the 10 o'clock position. That will you allow easier access to the vacuum on the engine.
