67camaro with a 357 9.7 compression dart 180 heads comp cam 479-465 227-241@50 timming 18 and total 36 600 holley 4160-part number 080145 jets are 68-64 power valve 4.5 car runs rich at idleing with 4.5valve it has 11gh of vacuum with 6.5 it had 8gh fuel mixtures are at one turn out motor made 409 hp at 5500 and 427 torque at 4500 when i say rich the smell gets in yor skin and cloths it is my wifes car looking for suggestions thanks paul

10 to 1 your power valve is blown.

Just for grins, check your gas cap. Every once in a while I don't put mine on right and the fumes in the cabin get as bad or worse than an actual leak puddling on the intake...

Its going to be hard with that much exhaust duration to stop the fumes. Theres alot of unburnt fuel being drawn threw at low speeds. May want to try a wideband to see what you can do. Theres nothing like knowing your AFR instead of guessing. Where are the tail pipes?
