I have a 69 with new springs and shocks all the way around .How long will it take for them to sit down a lil bit

What kind of springs. And did you or the mechanic torque the bolts down with the weight of the car on the ground.

I installed Hotchkis TVS with front and rear springs and sway bars and it does not seem any lower. I would not say that it looks too high but it did not seem to lower. It was installed and tightened with jack stands under frame rails. Should I put it back up with stands under rear axle and front a-arms to load them like they are on the ground and loosen/re-tighten ? If so, what bolts would cause a change ?

The A-arms and shackles also the sway bars.
