Anyone know the specs on the screw that holds in the turn signal lever (69)?

Mine keeps loosening up, so I either have the wrong screw or the hole is stripped. I believe I have the wrong screw, as I have tried it in a different colomn (converted to tilt) and I have the same problem.

Thanks!

I believ it might be 10-32 thread, maybe 12-28. Major (outside) diameter of the thread will determine nominal size, thread gauge determine threads-per-inch.

You might be able to thread onto the lever, a jam nut. Jam nuts are min 1/2 the height of a standard nut. Then thread lever into t/sig, run down jam nut to lock into place.

I wouldn't think you would want to use Loctite or anything as one day, you may need to remove the lever to replace something under the steering wheel.
