I would like to get some rattle cans of touch up paint in LeMans Blue. Where can I get this?

I believe your local PPg, Dupont or whatever brand that was used on your car can be mixed up and put in an aeresol can for touch up if you have the formula. It's not cheap though. If you car was recently painted with BC/CC (basecoat/clearcoat) then you must also apply the clear in an aerosol spray can.
