I've got a 68 but want the 69 Shoulder straps added to the car.

Do i need a 69 Headliner for this or will the 68 be alright?
I've got the shoulder Straps, but not the bukle it attaches too. I also can't seem to find it in a catalog. Anyone know what is the right part?
