I just had a pretty good shaker up here in Vacaville. We don't feel many in this area. Are all the Bay Area TC'ers ok?

Looks like it was centered about 10 miles from me. I didn't even know there was a fault that close to me. it was only a 3.9 but, lasted quite a while. Been a long time since I felt one. I was worried that it was centered in the East Bay and strong enough for me to feel it up here. Glad that's not the case.

Royce, I'm about 4 miles from you. I was in the garage cleaning off my work bench. Didn't feel a thing. I'm out by Vaca-Pena School.

My Mom lives in the center of town. She called me to see if I felt it. She sure did!

Lane,
I ended up going to Goodguys on Saturday morning. I just ran through the swap meet. Was not impressed at all.

About the earthquake, my wife was at the mall and she felt it. She said she could hear the walls making noise and she lost her balance. A few item fell off the shelves in some of the stores. It was a shaker not a roller. Wasn't violent just a consant back and forth motion. I looked it up and it was 10 miles below the surface and centered in Green Valley which is ~between Fairfield and Napa.

We felt it slightly here (@ 20~25 miles from Vacaville) - just a quick 'bump' felt while we where watching the election results.
There was also a slight shaker south of us early this morning - wierd, I woke up for some reason (usually sleep like a baby all night :D ) around 2:30~3:30 and couldn't get back to sleep ... Didn't feel it though :noway:

Let's see, that's one north of us and then one south of us - maybe I'd better go that the 'fragile' thingys down from the top selves for a day or two
