i'm thinking of blocking off the front of the rockers where the bottom of the cowl meets it.heres why, since the water that comes down the cowl and into the rockers and drains out the back its begging for rust.so what i was thinking was to just block it off and have it drain at the bottom of the cowl, of course i will have to fab up some kind of drain but i think it would be better than draining at the back of the rockers.has anyone done something like this?by the way i am not going for "ORIGINAL".

Probably 99% of the time unless you are in oregon that drain route is probably passing air keeping that area dry. Block it off and there's no venting to make even condensation evaporate. I'd pump it full of rust proofing at least.

Have you installed new rockers? Snatchin, has the right idea. I think if you have a concern get a cavity wax you can shoot with a wand through the rockers.

yeah, they are new rockers(inner and outers, for a convertible).how about not blocking them off but just have them drain before the rockers?
