How do you refurbish seat tracks from a 67 camaro, so the slide good. thanks dave

Here is a link Smokey when I asked the same sort of question.

I ended up painting them with SEM rust shield and greasing them with some lithium spray. I had to soak them in CLR for a month to get the rust off.

Clean them, removing all original grease
De-rust them, either chemically, or mechanically
Paint them, so you never have to worry about them rusting again I used "bare steel" to simulate the original unpainted surface.
Grease them using lithium grease.
Replace the springs
