Hard to say. It is very cool, and if the story is true, the car may be pretty unique. But $50K for a 2001 SS Camaro, and the reserve is not met? I realize the GMMG cars are not a "regular" SS, but I haven't followed them enough to know what the market really is, especially right now.

Sure! It will be interesting to see what everyone thinks.

I am considering an 02 SS as a daily driver to replace the truck I wrecked, and I am seeing a very wide spread in pricing. Some sellers seem to think that every one of these cars are already collectible and not subject to depreciation at all. I don't just mean the cars with really low miles, but even the cars with 30K or 50K on them.

Yeah i know what you mean, i have been trying to sell my 67 ss camaro for about a week now im trying to get a 01 or 02 ss because the 67 just sits i only drive it like 3 MAYBE 4 times a month but i have seen a HUGE price range on the 01 02 ss from 16 and 17 to 28 to 30 you just have to find the right one and by the way if you know anybody in the market for a 67 let me know haha

If you are not scared of the miles on LS1 cars, you can get 75-80K mileage cars for under 10 grand! They are perfect daily drivers and if you keep them long enough, you'll get your money back out of them! The GMMG cars are a total matter altogether. You'll rarely find one with daily driver miles on them and even if you did, would still be worth twice as much as a normal LS1 Camaro.

This person isnt keeping #7 very long! #7 was the only car not sold by Dale Earnhardt Chevy, It was sent to Berger Chevy. Berger Chevy Auctioned the car off a couple of years after Dale's death, and I think went for $40K something or so. It was auctioned off again, maybe a couple of years ago.

How could you buy a car like that and after 7 years, only have 207 miles.
I don't get it.

You bought it as an investment, not to enjoy it.
