O.K. guys, this console came in my car and somebody cut it and made a plate to fit a B&M ratchet shifter. Im going to order a new console shell sometime in the near future to fit over the new tranny and shifter. So, looking for opinions, is this thing worth listing on ebay (minus lids and ash tray) or do I have a nice heap of junk?

I don't know if I would bother with ebay, but I bet if you list it here on TC someone will buy it. For someone who wants a 67 console and has a non-OE shifter, yours would be a good starting point.

Like Eric said, ...try putting it here on TC, ...then on to Ebay if someone can't use it. I don't believe it's worth a whole lot, ...but there may be someone that will offer 'something' for it...

I agree. Try TC and Craigslist.
Won't cost you any money.

The value may be in those chrome moldings on the sides more than anything else.

It might be worth something to someone who wants to do the same thing the previous owner did. The springs for the compartment lid and ashtray are worth something (as is the angled bracket for the lid) since no one is reproducing those for a 67 console. The rubber bumpers are also uniqe to the 67 console and no one is reproducing those yet either. Removing a 40 year-old rubber bumper without ruining it will be a real challenge, however.
