Is it possible to put a Hurst dual gate shifter in to a 68 with a th400? i found the shifter while going through the boxes that were given to me when i bought the car. :confused:

Had one in my 68 with a T350 for years and just took it out to convert to TKO. Worked great and had it in my factory counsol with a spacer for the trim plate.

I installed one in my first 68 rs. I fit it in the original console just stuck up about 2 or 3 inches. I also installed a th400 with a Don Hardy adapter plate because the trans was out of an olds. It worked good for me. I just liked using the his and her shifter. Wish I had that shifter today.
