I found a 69 RS close to home, was going to ask you guys what you thought the car was worth. It has no front clip, just the core support and both inner fenderwells, no engine or tranny it was an automatic, subframe looks good everything there, has drum brakes. The rearend is 10 bolt mono leaf . All the glass looks good , no interior, no steering column and somebody for some odd reason cut the top of the dash out just above the steering column. The rockers and floorpans look good, the firewall looks good, roof looks good, back window good, trunk pan good, trunk lid, tail panel, and rear quarters need replaced. Wire harness is also gone and it has a clear title. Thanks Team Camaro

I'd say $4-$5k for a decent roller like the one you describe.

BelAir Bob is there any other way to tell if it is an RS other than the backup lights with no fenders no build sheet or any paperwork.

Lumpy,

Check for a 1 inch hole in the firewall, just to the right of the master cylinder if looking from the front of the car.(almost behind the master) This was used to feed the vacuum lines through the firewall to the engine bay. Also, the headlight switch would have two silver vacuum ports on it (assuming its an original style switch). Both good signs.
