Finally got the trunk redone. I'm pretty happy with the way it came out. Here are some in progress and finished pics:

Thanks Guys:

I am especially happy with the way the light housnigs came out. Those are original to the car and they cleaned up really nicely. I believe the trunk was painted at Fisher Body before the lights were installed so no over spray on them would be correct?

Here is a photobucket link for better pics. Pics of the newly done Chevelle too. http://s282.photobucket.com/albums/kk255/MarkStehle/

Thanks. I got the paint last fall from that guy Larry out in Colorado. I have been looking for his website the last couple of days and haven't been able to find it. He says to use DP 90 first and his paint and it is as close to factory as you can get. So DP 90 it is. I think several of the well known resto shops use his stuff too.

I am sure a search for trunk paint here will find him.

Thanks
