i am looking for a good engine builder in the Raleigh, NC area...can anyone make a recommendation on a good company or warn against the bad ones? Not a race engine...just a decent street 327.

I use H & F performance in wilson super nice guy builds a few racing engines also, and can dyno your engine too. His prices to me are very reasonable. He did the engine in my sons 68 396 w/3x2's runs really strong. Also did the original engine in the car i'm restoring now. He had to go 30 over and I added a 268 cam, it dynoed 365hp @ 5100 and 445tq @ 3800. cr is 9.4:1. Just drop me an e-mail and I can get his number for you.
