Hi-
I'm looking for some opinions on what a car that i'm looking at may be worth.
It's a X77 z28, that has X33 trim package installed, it has a 302 with an m21, 4.10 gears. Nothing matches. The outside paint condition is vgood, jams, clean but may need a respray to be nicer. underside clean, needs detailing same goes for the engine compartment. front seats need covers. Overall the car is a solid 3, can be made a 2 with work.
Looking for some thoughts on price range.
Thanks!
Mike

No doc's and no matching drivetrain makes it a jane with a trim tag...you'll really have to scrutinize the piece parts to convince yourself it is (or was) a real Z.

Really needs some pics to give an accurate value.....especially one of the Trim Tag!

Thanks for responding. The tag was good. The owner turned down an offer of 35 which is where i think the car was.

Any more than $35K seems high.

I agree.
I've looked at a lot of cars over the last year or so.. One example was a recent eBay X77 Z: White/black stripes. Rear/Tranny matched, engine did not, but was a nicely done 383. A solid #2 car.. Wanted $42K for it. Almost went for it, but held out for a 427.
Here's a pic and the ad (still for sale I believe)
