I got a set of vintage New York licence plates for the car(1969). Does anyone know who sells the blue or yellow paint that can be use to touch up or to repaint?

It might be possible to take the plate to a paint dealer and have them match it with one of those computer eyes. They are very good at matching paint and could possibly even match it to any fade you have.
