Hey - The is a bracket that the th400 kickdown switch mounts to. The bracket then mounts the carb stud. The bracket doesn't have a part number on that I recall. There are two different backets too. One for a Rodchester carb and one for a Holley. Which are you looking for?

Here is a couple of pics of the TH400 kickdown switch with the Rodchester bracket on it:

If you are looking for it mounted with the Holley backet, let me know. That's the way it's on my car now.

Rob and Fred awesome pictures. I need the one for Holley. There is a repo bracket that looks fairly accurate which i already have. I REALLY need a switch. Is there a number on either of your switches?? Very hard to come buy. Not reproduced or availbale from Delco/GM. Searched hemmings etc.. googled the original part number got a couple hits that i emailed and came up empty handed. Emailed Heartbeat City but have not heard back.
Anyone have a spare? Gm number from AIM appears to be 1993388 but i also ran across 9785545. Anyone have a hollander interchange to look these up??

I bought one off of ebay. I believe if you put in "kickdown switch" for your search you will find them. Most of the time they just need a good cleaning and some electrical contact spray to free up the internals. Make sure the rubber boot is in good condition.

The switches, believe it or not, go for around 75 bucks on the low side and about 150 on the higher side. It seems on average they are moving for +/- $100.00. More on the + side. They are not available new or repro'd. You really need to find a good used one if you are looking for an original like one. Sometimes places like Rick's or Heartbeat City will have a few used originals in stock. But once they are gone - they are gone!

I have seen the repro (from Heartbeat City) Holley th400 kickdown bracket and it's a real nice piece. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it runs in the $45 range.
