Hi Guys, I have a 69 Chevelle. I know it's not a Camaro. This is my 17 year old son's project. I owned in the past 3 different 1st gen Camaros and a 76 lt. anyway I have a new steering wheel that's the same as my last 69 Camaro. Is is the ss style with the horn buttons out by the wheel vs the center cap. I can't remember how the wires from the contacts mate with the connector in the steering column. Any help on where to look or if someone has a pic of the steering wheel with the shroud off. so I can see?
Thanks
Dave

Dave,
Check out this thread for pics of the horn contacts and wiring. You might,or might not need the "pin" that is illustrated in a couple of the pictures. I ended up not needing it to make my horns on my '69 Camaro functional.

Thanks for the link. I don't have the brass contact on the ends of the horn contacts. That's what was I could'n't remember.
This helps alot.
Never fails, stumped Question? ask a camaro guy:thumbsup:
