When I turn on my headlights the doors try to open but cant and when I open them manualy the headlights are on but one side is really dull. I switched out the bulb with the opposite side and same thing! The relays for the doors are fairly new, and i just replaced the headlight limit switches a week ago and everything worked fine until now. ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Bad ground on the weak side or too small diameter of the return wire.

Chris, above you said they "try to open but can't". Do you mean they begin to move and then stop? If that is the case it could also be caused by a bad ground.
Do you have the schematic? Search for it here.
As the motors are opening the doors they move the doors off the closed position(outer) limit switch. Then these outer limit switches switch to pick up ground through the brown wire and motor should keep running.
If this wire is not ground at this time the motors will stop. Test this by pushing the outer limit switch, which will provide the ground you had to start, - motor should resume opening the door.
If that's the case you can trace the brown wire back to the relay board and check to see that Relay 2 and 3 are working correctly. Hope this helps. Let us know how you do.
