my front tires have been hitting the top of the fender well when i hit bumps and when i am going up driveways and such. so today i took apart my front suspension and installed some alum. twist in coil spring boosters. they say that they will give 1" more clearence. does anyone have any experience with these things, they sure were a pain to get in.

I had them in mine and changed out the springs eventually. The made a clunking noise when I hit bumps. With the new springs no noise.

They are junk! Eventually the springs will be damaged
