Yup, I know who he is. I just thought it was dumb to put in an eBay listing for a trim tag that he used the VIN and title for another car. Which is illegal. "Look everyone, I commited a felony." It says a lot about the seller.

He just happened to find a picture of it on a firewall.

I guess he sanded the top of the tag to read it better in the pics off of the car?

I am plan to watch Ebay carefully and encourage fellow members to do the same. I will report any firewall tags being sold, period. Fake, real, doesn't matter. If we can all report these things, maybe it will at least slow it down some. I really don't want to buy a Z that turns out to be a fake. Thanks everyone.

Since he has edited the picture so the bodynumber is hidden the tag from the firewall could be another tag.
