i installed a painless wiring harness on my headlight doors for my 67 camaro. they worked fine but now when you pull the light switch it just opens the doors and turns on the lights as it should but when you push in the knob to turn the lights off the lights turn off but the door stays open. i can close the doors with my hand and then turn on the lights and they will open again as they should. i did notice that one of my switches is sticking and stays in the pushed in position but even after i free it the doors do not close automatically. the built in fuse isnt blown so i know it isnt that...any suggestions?

Does the painless kit have a relay to power the headlamps?
