I stripped down my hood and the edges seem weird to me, I cant tell if its supposed to have this arch in it or not. This is the driver side front of the hood in this pic, the pass side it ALMOST the same way but not as defined. Is it tweaked?

That looks normal compared to my hood. It looks, on mine, less like an arch, but more of a drop off after 50%-60% of the distance from the centerline.

ok I wasnt sure if its supposed to be flat or straight all the way across.. I was ready to bent it and float the edges lol

It would not matter what is said or assumed about the hood. what would matter is how it fits. Just a rule of thumb... fit it up before you beat it up! You would be surprised to learn that how things look are not often how they fit.

Assuming the upper front valance is good - you can use that to line up the contour when you put the hood back on -- as long as its fits good, I wouldn't start "tweaking" it
