finished the front end rebuild last week with all new hotchkis items and started on the rear this afternoon, when taking the leaf spring out i broke the nuts that must have been welded to the frame loose, upon pulling up the carpet to look at the floor pans we found a wrench, a utility knife and 3 license plates covering holes among all the rust holes. it has to get better i was 2 hours from being on the road again. :sad:

Its not uncommon for those to break when doing this. In the instructions I have seen on here it said they would break. HTH

Ya, new j-nuts are easy enough.
New floors is another matter.
