Using the "NOR264122" would probably be the most usefull, as there are both LOS/VN and NOR tags with the same number.
I usually try to post and search them as NOR 264122 - so they come up as both NOR and the Sequence number.
Using just the Number part may cause confusion with some VIN's on certain years.

In the case of this particular tag - it really doesn't matter if you were doing a "real" car ;)

We should see if the moderators can start a sticky. This way, when people find an eBay listing for one, they can simply place the information there, state it was reported on a certain date, etc. And then we'd have a place to always look instead of doing searches.

Or heck, start a complete separate section for it. There's be no hiding at that point. I think it'd be a useful tool for law enforcement purposes as well.
