This car is getting me mad i replaced all hoses idle air speed sensor, egr valve and egr valve sylonoid ant my car is still reving at 2,000 rpm when i shut it off then turn it back on its at any where from 1,500 to 900 then once i drive and start idilin it goes back to 2,000 does anyone have any idea what it could b its a 91 camaro with a 305 T.B.I. 5 speed

Check the backside of the TBI unit to manifold gasket for failure, very common problem.
