Building a 327 with .040 over sealed power 4 relief forged pistons (flattops), .480 lift 280 duration cam, Chevy 492 double hump heads 64cc with 2.02s. Aluminuake, 650 DP headers, roller tip rockers, windage tray. I would guess 350 horse would be a conservative estimate. Opinions?

Get your timing right, carburation right, use the right octane fuel nd yes u could will be up there close somewhere at the top end
General rule of thumb 1 hp per cu " is not hard, over that one starts to need serious track stuff.
I have a small chamber 202 fuelies..planed off a bit, deck shaved , hi compression ACL flat tops, very mild cam bootom end cam, cast rams horns, 425 carb, and pull about 220 hp @ 4200 rpms at back wheels
Note: Dyno is used for tuning, not accurate and known to read low.

How strong is your 68? That is about the same formula I am going to run.

I'd guess you'd be in the 350 horse range. Cam may be a little on the big side with flat tops. My old combo was around 350 hp, and was good for consistant mid 13's at 102 mph on street tires. Never really got to run it with the drag radials. They closed the track.
327 .060 over about 10.5:1 comp.
.125 forged dome pistons (+5.3cc dome)
1.94 valve 462 double humps
Melling copy of the 962 GM cam (224/224 .450/.460 114)
Edel. RPM intake with Q-Jet
1 5/8 headers
stock ignition
