I heard him say it was empty and never assumed it to be loaded only based upon his words alone. I work part time in a gun shop and NEVER assume anything. You will be surprised how many guns that people want to trade in or consign are loaded. We always check every gun even the new ones because it only takes one time to assume wrong and one time to die ! Kev |
