Trying to get car on road and it idles good,revs good BUT put it in gear to drive and starts popping out exhaust so LEAN I guess,made it rich as kit would allow and seemed better until load up to drive again still lean in 2000 rpm range,will try more testing any help would be good with experience here THANKS!:beers::beers:

We need more info on the setup you have(engine specs, etc).

MSD dist.was out of phase NFG returned and installed new 1 works good now ! :hurray:

Trev..Glad you found your problem.Like many have posted..dial in your ignition and then move to the carb in that order.Too many attack it backwards and blame the carb first.:thumbsup:

Trev, if you don't mind me asking, what combo do you have the Thunder 800 installed on?
