110km = 62.14miles
10L = 2.642 Gallons

62.14/2.642= 23.52

Let's see...

100 km = 62.1371 mi. and 10 L = 2.64172 gal

That would be 23.521455718244174250109776963493 mpg

That's a lot of oil, more than a quart in a couple thousand miles is not a good sign...

Biodiesel or #2 fuel oil?

That car is either 1) covering everything behind it with a coating of oil and Smoking like a factory, or 2) your oil pressure sending unit has sprung a leak... in which case, the bottom of the car is getting a good coat of 'rust preventative'.... :) I went thru 21 quarts of 'reconstituted oil', once in 200 miles, because my gf had to be picked up at the airport 100 miles away, and I had no time to replace the sending unit... so I bought a case of re-used oil.. and went.. :)

I really don't know of any other way oil could leave an engine this quickly..?

I'm hoping he didn't really mean oil, and meant fuel..... How can you drive a vehicle that blows out it's entire crankcase full of oil in about 15 minutes of driving? Anyway, I'm going to believe he meant fuel; never heard anyone discuss oil consumption in MPG.

Quick mental arithmetic

miles to km miles divide miles my 6 and add a zero
km to miles km x 6 and remove the end zero

Error on 100 miles is about 200m

gals to L
gals x 4 gals x5 and 1/2 wat between the to
eg 10 gals x4 =40 10 x 5 = 50 1/2 way inbetween 45L (45.4L )
