i have a very small leak coming from my overflow tube. the eninge seems to be running at normal temp and the rad cap is brand new in fact, its the second brand new one. termostat is also a brand new replacement at 185 *. i have a samll leak about half a cups worth. is this a bad thing and something i should worry about.

This is normal for these cars if the radiator is over filled. If you quit topping it off it should quit spitting water out of the overflow. The overflow in my car will puke unless the coolant is about 1½ inches below the cap.

steve, thanks. that makes me feel better. i kept filling er up and it just kept leaking. im slowly trying to get all the bugs out.

steve, went for another test drive today and no coolant leaks and the coolant sits just below radiator neck. plus i changed the thermostat and it stays cool

If u look down the inside of the radiator header under the cap, there are 3 marks
"hot" and "cold " levels
