I saw the posts that the front center wheel to fender lip should be 12.5 and the rear 13.5. My rear is 15. Original leafs so I would expect a sag rather then sitting to high. Would anyone have any ideas why the rear would sit so high? This makes the front seem too low.

Where they torqued down with the weight of the vehicle on the springs?

No, On jacks stands. But the leafs mounts point straight down. It sounds like I need to losen them and re-tighten with the car on the ground?
