Hi, i have repleced my old kick down cable( melt on headers) and the old clamp doesn't fit with the new replacement cable. I bought a combine gas cable + kickdown bracket from Mr. gasket.

Bracket doesn't fit properly because i can not ajust kickdown properly and bracket is pretty cheap. Any good suggestion for replacement???
