So here's a question for all you guys. I have a complete '90 TPI speed density EFI setup laying around the garage that I have been thinking about putting in my car. But now I am having second thoughts. While the TPI has a good look and great torque it also is kinda limited if I ever wanted more power, especially at higher RPMs. I was thinking about buying a LT1 Intake that is converted for use with a Gen I smallblock 350 instead. I would loose some torque and spend about 400 bucks more, but I would also gain alot more upside performance potential. Any thoughts? Any mods for TPI's that would give me a little more high end power? Any other good EFI setups that won't break the bank? Looking for around 300 hp and 20 mpg with good low end torque.
