It's an infection I tell you. I get one, I need more. This one might probably be a keeper and replace my current vert.

An original 60,000 Mile 69 Camaro convertible. Garnett red on black X 11. Never had any dings, original floors, car has basically never been taken apart
. It has a 307 (yes hurts, I'd like at least a 350) but at least I could drop something else in it and keep the original motor on the side. Front & rear spoiler etc, AC....very pretty car and very well maintained. Only one repaint.

Now I am just asking around to see what a high end vert with a lower engine would be worth in todays market. I would more than likely drop a 350 in it or maybe a 396. My estimate like it is ....$36K+ or am I off?...

The prices seem to have taken another dip in the last month. Therefore, I think $36K is high. I think the car you described is worth a little less than $30K.

Well with shipping (est $1500-2000) and taxes (another $2K) I'm looking at $32-33K. If it was local I would already have the car.

Lol....naw, I passed on the green one. I pulled up beside it the other day (looked pretty sweet, he even put on my Vintage 69 Ontario plates I sold him).

This would be #2 but may be a replacement for #1. Will see how it goes, this car is absolutely drop dead gorgeous though (garnet red is my fav).
