I went to my local NAPA store to get the wright gears for my speedo and the NAPA store said they did not carry them. They said it was a dealer item? The gear that I am looking for is a 32 tooth driven gear.

Your local GM dealer should have them.

it would be cheaper to get it from dealer even if you had to order it

Your Napa rep should be able to order whatever you need. I live in CA, my rep looked up the part number and had it shipped from Oregon. It took a couple of days.

BTO sells them. So does PATC transmissions. Check out their websites and calculators for gears. I think they're in the $10-$15 range. Your local tranny shop should be able to get them.

I ordered mine from either Rick's or NPD. Not expensive, shipping was maybe a bit much, but right to my mailbox. Just an alternative. Look at their on-line catalogs...
