Does anyone sell the small bolt/screw with the tapered shoulder that holds the wiper transmission in place? Anyone make there own?

They are the same ones used to hold the wiper motor to the firewall, except they are too long and need to be cut for the transmission brackets. All the resto houses sell them. I have never seen the short ones, except originals.

I just took delivery and installed them (WB-30) from Ricks after trying to make bolts from the hardware store work. The ones from Ricks are beveled to match the holes and the heads are thicker. Very nice.
