I was wondering if anybody had seen or heard about a different/aftermarket/racing/lighter cross member or K member for a third generation Camaro?

Thanks

Please go over to Pro-Touring and ask b/c they may know of one.

Larry Call. is a great guy and has a dandy site put together!

Please say hello to him for me. pdq67

PS., David Pozzi has a spot over there in the brake section, too.

Thanks for the info, I will ask over there, I did get a site from someone else at a different site. It seems kind of expensive to me. . Here is a pic of the K member in someones car.

Can you jack the car up from the center of it? Looks round all the way across.

From the looks of it, you can't jack it up in the middle. But on third gen cars its hard to jack them up in the middle anyways. The nose is so long the jack handle will hit the bottom of the nose, and it always seems to lift up one side way more than the other, and when you jack up behind the front tire they raise the back tire up about the same time as the front tire. Its a good thing they look so damn good, cause jacking them up is a b*tch somtimes :D
I just wonder what the weight savings would be. Also that site is high on alot of things, I wonder if anybody else is making them cheaper?
