When you are doing the reply, you have to check the correct box below the reply to have it show up on the ebay auction.

If you are not the seller, you can't.
It's not an open forum like the classifieds here on TC.
The seller has complete control of all questions and answers posted.

Maybe off subject, but the new feedack rule is ridiculous on Ebay, a seller can't leave negative feedback for a buyer anymore. You get 3 strikes as a buyer and then you're kicked off but who cares. So you sign up for another username. I have gotten screwed 3 times already because of this...

Well I just left my first neg feedback for someone. His auction said "used 3 inch Super 44's". What he sent me were 2.5inch imitations! I filed a claim and received what I paid for them but had to ship them back at my expense of $19.13. I wrote paypal back and after a few emails I basically told them they suck. Here is the auction:
