what's a 69 vette 350 bare block, Steel crank, and double hump heads worth? It seems like the value of this stuff is going down either because of the economy or everyone is just going with new stuff as it makes more power (Ls series motors)

4 bolt block. Comes up as 69 350/350 hp with a manual tranny. Crank is already .010 .010 and may need ground again. Heads are 2.02 haven't verified casting #'s yet.

I think you hit it right there. I've been watching the values decline for a while now. I bought a pair of 461 heads for $200 a year ago and thought I got a good deal till I found out how much it would cost to bring them into the 21st century...:( The block is valuable as long as it tests good and isn't way oversize. I wouldn't pay anything for the crank if it needs grinding again. You can buy a good aftermarket pretty reasonably. Still....$400-500 to the right person who wants the vintage parts.
